Providing support for organizations tasked with assisting in college access and success,
the CollegePath tool is helping make a difference in community based college advising across the United States.

CollegePath is a student tracking and information management system for grades 6-College that provides support for organizations that are tasked with increasing student outcomes in the areas of college preparedness, access, and success. CollegePath combines multiple data points to create a single view of the student.

Designed in partnership with I Know I Can, one of the largest college access programs in the country, CollegePath is a configurable, cloud-based application that delivers information in an understandable and actionable format.

Through CollegePath users are able to track and report on student activities and program outcomes pertaining to success in school and persistence to and through college. Organizations can also use the financial tools to track scholarship students along with their financial information.

Who’s on the Path?

Katina Fullen

Executive Director,
I Know I Can

“Within a year of implementing CollegePath, I Know I Can (IKIC) has successfully created a measurement culture among its advising staff and increased its organizational capacity to serve. Most importantly, we have been able to identify the students – and the package of interventions necessary – to move the student from college potential to college enrollment.

With CollegePath, we rely heavily on color-coded “Insights” to monitor one-on-one meetings and other interactions and to explore which activities from our menu of services are more highly correlated with college enrollment. Given our new capacity to effectively use data with CollegePath, Columbus City Schools and IKIC have jointly agreed to expand the role of high school advising in our district. Under this new $3.5M expansion, IKIC and our partner school district share a vision to ensure that every Columbus City Schools student has the choice of enrolling in college or entering into a career after high school.”
